The first main objectives of the organization is to take care of Tamang peoples in old age throughout the Kingdom of Nepal there by providing them with shelter including a hospice.
To help maintain the Tamang community with all their works to be carried out according to their religion, race, culture and tradition.
To preserve, promote and study the Tamang art, culture, tradition and religion and to crate an environment for the study of the same.
To fulfill the educational need of the orphans and helpless children, and to facilitate treatment services to such children for their health.
To act as a co-worker for various government authorities, domestic and foreign organizations, and other organizations having similar aims and objectives through maintaining coordination with them.
To build a Tamang Monastery as a token of the preservation of the Tamang arts, culture tradition and religion, taking permission from the concerned authority of His Majesty's government.

गरिव, जेहेन्दर विद्यार्थीलाई छात्रवृदि प्रदान गर्नुको साथै दुर्गम क्षेत्रका शैक्षिक संस्थहरुलाई भौतिक तथा शैक्षिक क्षेत्रमा टेवा पुग्ने गुणात्मक सहयोग गर्ने ।
